Using this site
By using auditgeek.agency, the free tools or our emails you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. We may update the terms; the date at the bottom shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
The free tools
- The tools are free to use with a company email address. Personal and disposable addresses are not accepted.
- Some tools show a first result right away and release the full result after you confirm your email with a link we send. Confirmation links work for 24 hours.
- Usage limits apply: up to 5 confirmation emails per address per tool each day, and per-network rate limits (for example on the Web Page Analyzer) to keep the tools fast for everyone. We can change or remove limits and tools at any time.
- Results are automated guidance, not professional advice or a guarantee of rankings, traffic, revenue or compliance. Check anything important before acting on it.
Marketing communications
When a form includes the box "I agree to receive marketing communications" and you tick it, you agree that we may email you marketing about our services, tools and content. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in an email or by writing to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or other automation against the tools or forms, or try to get around limits, email confirmation or any other protection;
- probe, scan, overload or try to break into the site or its data;
- submit someone else's email address without their permission, or use the URL Shortener for spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful or deceptive content;
- copy, resell or republish the tools or their code.
We may block access, remove short links or delete submissions that break these rules.
Short links
You are responsible for the destinations you shorten. We may disable a link at any time, including if it is reported as harmful, and we make no promise that a short link will work forever.
Our content
The site, its text, design, tools and code belong to Audit Geek or its licensors. You may view and use the results of the tools for your own business, and quote our articles with attribution and a link. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. What you submit stays yours; you give us permission to use it to provide the service you asked for.
Client work
Audits, plans, trainings and other paid services are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project. If it conflicts with these terms, the project agreement wins.
No warranty, limited liability
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Audit Geek isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from use of the site or tools, and our total liability for anything related to the free tools is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Links to other sites
Pages may link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Audit Geek is established, and disputes will be brought in its courts, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived. Questions: [email protected].
